Duke Suwyn got his first taste of commercial real estate when he decided to sell a building that housed his family's farm equipment business. GRAND RAPIDS — He grew up on a large Wisconsin farm near Racine, where his family raised dairy and beef cattle, planted cash crops and sold farm equipment. His given name is Duwane, but his four brothers called him Duke and the name stuck.
